I tell you all, just estimate with BOTH hours and story points. Have the time honed down for upper management reporting. Have story points for reviewing the ballpark for team productivity on each sprint. If you're a tech lead and you could give all tasks your standard SPs, you will see a junior dev completing less story points than a senior dev, within the same amount of time. If not then SPs are according to dev's ability, which is fair too. And then you have to flag the junior after a while, "this takes 2 days for a Senior to do it, but you're STILL taking 4 days"...
